How do the tubes and filter mount? Or do they just flop around?

Mine had a hole on the filter that could be secured to the crashbar.

Also, these would only cost about $25 to ship around the country.

Thank you for the explanation. The silicone joints also go through the intake vent openings which really hold it in place.
