I don't think there is any hardware. The rivets were drilled out and the rest is 3M tape.

I will throw in high quality 3M VHBtape :)

The tabs were removed which you wouldn't have been able to use anyway.

VHB tape included will hold them on up to 3000mph ;) haha. They acually did a video on VHB towing a train with it to prove hos strong it is lol.
And it can come off like regular 3M double sided tape. Crazy stuff. I use it as my only choice for double sided tape.
