Sprint Booster for 6MT

I only have a catback so not looking to drop $500+ on software and a tune yet, but am sick of the god awful throttle response.

Let me know what you have!

I know you said your "not ready" for tuning software but think about your end goals. Sprint booster is a waste of money, just press the pedal harder yourself. That's all the sprint booster does for you.

The same stock throttle map and timing map will still be in play. You will be infinitely more satisfied with ecutek and a proper tune and throttle map then you will ever be with a sprint booster.

You can always get a tune update whenever your ready with new parts

I appreciate your input, but from what I've read it makes quite a difference - many people pair it with UpRev too ($1000 for a custom EcuTek tune is way too much for me to justify - unless you know of a cheaper vendor/tuner).

The whole "push the pedal harder" argument doesn't fix my problem, and only bolsters my point. I want the car to feel more connected to my inputs. It increases the response time of the throttle body, allowing it to react quicker to throttle inputs - a current issue I'm getting extremely frustrated with. You're correct the product is one dimensional, but it does exactly what I need it to.

Still looking!

:iagree: I too had the SB installed and personally didn't like it. Save the money and get a tune.

Just buy new if you can't find a used one. It's really worth the money imo. The difference is instant and more satisfying than what people paid for a Sen G3. It is be an entirely different driving experience that leaves you wonder why you didn't have one sooner. Most people who have one rarely let it go for a reason. I would gladly sell off my G3 that I paid a lot of money for than selling my SB. That tells you something.
