I've shipped out a Motordyne and a Greddy exhaust for a g37 coupe through FedEx and both times it ran me roughly $385 so OP's quote is pretty accurate. It's crazy how much money FedEx, UPS and ect. make on shipping certain items.

Guys quick update the quotes because of the size
Of the box, weight and distance I'm getting online
Quotes from $350-$400 with my fedex account.

If you live closer to Florida this is to your benefit
As shipping is cheaper the shorter the distance.
But it's a big box and here's the dimensions.

50x25x20 and weighs approx 85lbs.
