8. Greddy TiC + Motordyne XYZ + Resonated Pipe (Has mild scratches & one minor dent near muffler section [Unnoticeable when on the car & doesn't affect performance]) (Very deep tone & extremely loud when @ WOT (Even with cats on)
The brackets on the muffler are meant for G37... Therefore the exhaust tips stick out about 1.5 to 2 inches out.

Damn would love to trade my PW nismo rear bumper for that one. Been wanting a rear diffuser and 4th brake light.

Does the wheels fit on stock cars? Any fender adjustment needed?

The fitment fits well. Personally I think 10mm spacers on the rear would be perfect.
