4.5L forged short block. Every option!
Ok so my build is taking a different route meaning we are going to try a new motor combo. With that said I am offering up my current short block that has all the bells and whistles! Since the motor is in the car I do not have pictures. However upon removing the motor I can take pictures for you.
What you get: VQVHR block Billet 92mm crank (cost me nearly $4k) OPTIONAL Custom spec Carillo Pro H rods (cost me $1600) OPTIONAL 100mm 8.5:1 compression arias extreme duty Pistons wpc coated ($1600) 100mm Darton MID sleeves ($1200) Race bearings, arp fastners, and everything wpc coated (over $500) Machine work (over $2500) Odds and ends will be included as well as the cometic gasket. This block cost me over $10k to build... Only thing not done is converting to a close deck. I can hook that up for a buyer and this will make the motor run even cooler! Asking price: SOLD Miles on the Motor ~5000mi The motor can handle anything you can throw at it! |
This is a fully blue printed motor and you won't find another one anywhere...

This is awesome! GLWS!
|
Who did the work on the block?
|
Is that price shipped:)
|
Sure I can do price shipped.
The company that did the block is out in California and is doing another similar block for a friend of mine. Also note that it takes atleast 14 weeks to have one of these billet cranks made as they are custom spec made to order. |
Simply incredible work mike.! Wow.... What a deal here.!
:) |
Thanks now just to find the motor a new home.

If you are a NA guy. This stroked block will be your best option to be the highest NA guy in a 370z period at a good price. Just order a new set of custom pistons to get the compression ratio back to 11 to 1, JWT exhaust cams/springs, LTH's, custom GTR intake conversion via RJM, injector upgrade, Fuel supply upgrade, etc. You can be the one.

So I am thinking of possibly parting the motor and keeping the parts I want for my next build... Saves me money and saves the buyer money...
The buyer will get everything minus crank and rods $4500 If you want the rods just add $900 The Crank I am going to keep due to long wait times (14 weeks) for a new one and the cost... They range from $3000-$4500 new. You can use a stock crank in this block without issue. Since the RPM limit was set at 7500 you are well within stock limits and shouldn't have any issues. |
