Don't laugh! I already bought a 2001 Miata. I'm doing more and more track days and the cost to track the Z is hurting me. If I made more money...
I'm turning the Miata into a track only car. I will feel a little better beating on it.
Don't get me wrong I love tracking the Z!

I'm having a hard time keeping up with the volume.

That is very smart move.if Il devote myself to the track the Miata is the first thing comes to my mind too. I would hate to beat up my Z on the track as well.
The Miata is the most cheap balanced car on the track not hard to get by on parts.

Besides the most powerful car isn't always the fastest on the track. Man if you only seen the deltawing in Daytona Rolex 24. Amazing is the speed of that 1.9 4 banger tw turbo, the new engine is designed by Mazda.
