If the buyer is willing to pay the full cost + paypal fee, then sure. Im not paying to ship this huge thing at my own expense and loss.

I am unawares of the legality of the exhaust in the Socialist Republic of California, except to say that it does not replace the catalytic converters. Beyond that, I have 0 idea.
