I called AEM yesterday and found out that these will fit the 2012+ models but they have an issue with the MAF correction computers. They will work if you just use MAF extenders and Tune the car using one of the tuning softwares available for the Z.

would you be willing to sell the z1 pcv hoses separate?

I'd prefer not to. These intakes kind of need them. They are only $28 at Z1 motorpsorts.
