WTB winter tires

Looking for winter tires (preferably Blizzaks) for sale in the DC / Virginia area. Need to fit the 19" Rays.

In have a whole set of rims if you want. Shoot me a pm. Its better to get rims than to put snows on rays. Narrow rims are better for snow.
