Sprint Booster for 370z Manual 6 speed

======================SOLD to BeemaaZ======================

Looking to sell my Sprint Booster for the 370z Manual 6 speed. Barely used, and there is a noticeable difference in throttle peppiness. I stopped using it after I had installed all my bolt-ons and tune (Uprev).

Everything included + new Velcro for button.

$250 shipped or best offer. These are currently going for $299

Not interested in buying , but just curious. Where did you mount the button when you had it installed?

GLWS!

free bump but:

So this didn't help the throttle response any more than bolt ons + uprev?

It actually helped more after the bolt ons + tune. The throttle felt almost too responsive for me. I mostly just cruise and have never tracked. I could see it being a benefit for track/racing, but that depends on your preference. It made the car pretty peppy in the way it accelerates. I noticed that there was a lot less travel on the gas pedal to give it 100% throttle. Like around 50% > on the throttle peddle it would be like full throttle. I guess in turn less speed relied on myself to cut out that travel time. This would be on the most aggressive setting (Red). Green was a little more conservative probably around 75% > travel for full throttle. I could be wrong about how this really works. It does seem to get to full throttle quicker on the "red" setting.

free bump for a legit mod that works! I have it on my nismo (placed it under my e-brake so the cable is not noticeable) and its night and day difference. I only have the gen 3 intakes installed.

Hey guys, just another testimonial here. I just installed the SB and all I can say is WOW!

For those who think our cars are sluggish should get a Sprint Booster! You will fall in love with your car even more.

:iagree:

For me, replacing the stock shift knob for a weighed one and installing the SB changed the driving experience completely... so buy this booster with confidence, you wont regret it.

Definitively worth getting if tuning is not in your future plans.

So...I've been thinking about my sprintbooster mod as well. I think the easiest way to understand is that it has 3 settings. These 3 settings are the equivalent to different differential gears.
1. 3.7 (stock)
2. 3.9
3. 4.1

This would have saved me TONS of cash if I had installed this first. Don't get me wrong....the M370 and FI Catback definitely helped....but this was the game changer.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but I wanted to know how large the selector for this is? Would any of you guys that currently own one mind measuring its dimensions?

Fman007 01-08-2016 10:57 AM

It's nothing exact....but it's about a pencil thick and an inch long. Hopefully someone responds with exacts. My Z is in the shop.
