PM sent. Hopefully I didn't miss the boat. Any body know how hard swapping out the shift knob is on these? Or how hard it is to swap in a short throw shifter? Maybe I'll just replace the whole thing.

If you have a strap wrench and a pair of vise grips it's not hard at all.

The hope is to get it off with out messing up the stock NISMO nob.

I was able to get the order in, and I've got to be honest probably one of the best phone orders I've done so far.

It's easy if you don't care to destroy the shift knob. It's very hard if you want to keep the original shift knob in one piece. I've done 3 of them. 2 destroyed and 1 saved.

Do it in a warm day so the lock tide is not as hard. Strap wrench might slip. I used pipe wrench. A vice grip is a must to secure the shifter.

How rough is it to just get a B&M short throw shifter and switch the shifter out all together?
