Sounds good! Hopefully you get it! They are beautiful shift knobs and are heaaaavvvyyy... literally its about 1/3 of the size of the oem knob but the hebi babi weights like 1lb and a half. Its about 510grams
and when im shifting now it feels like slicing through warm butter; thats how smooth the shift is now

When I bought my car it had one on it. It has a small nick in it somehow (how did the guy do that? It has to be solid steel!). I don't really care for metal shift knobs, so I'd be down to sell it if you send me a stock knob back.

These shift knobs are not lightly made
it starts out about at about a 5 lb piece of brass steel(i think) and is cut down and shaped into what is it. Then engraved as a last production shift knob before the company shut down. Not only is the quality of the knob on a whole other level than what you see on any website now.
Add the fact that its a collectors piece, you have one expensive piece of modification for the Z

Got mine from DEpointfiveO! Was well worth it! Shifts feel much smoother and the knob itself just feels right and looks very nice

Stand up seller! Thing is probably as perfect as a knob can be:rofl2: Wasn't worth it for me but then again nothing is worth what you pay for it and we are in the group of spenders that everyone on the outside, including friends, family, and wives say "you're crazy for spending that much, I would never, and don't understand why!" We get it, they don't. Buy it and don't eat for a month, makes perfect sense to me cuz I did it for this piece of metal too!

Hmm.. To me, it feels more like Manny Pacquiao speed punching with a few gut-wrenching uppercut in-between. Word to the Pac-Man.

Thank you for sharing some insight. Looks like I'll have to fall back on ramen and lay low for a few weeks.:tiphat:

EscpeArtst 08-05-2015 11:32 PM

Thank you everyone, for the encouragement. Looks like I'll be chewing on cardboard and waiting on rain water for the next few weeks :rofl2:

Will update, hopefully I can be kick it with the cool folks soon... til then, back to lurking.:tiphat:
