i have used pair of stillen high flow cats for $350 picked up add $30 for shipping in the lower 48 states plus paypal fees. i've been giving a lot of guys free passes when i clearly state for buyer to pay for paypal fees and they dont pay for fees, if you DONT PAY FOR THE PAYPAL FEES, ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. no expections. will not ship out side of US. have about 10k on the cats, will not come with gaskets.

Were you running those in SoCal and still passing smog tests?

yes i was passing smog with the hfc. as far as visual inspection just depends on the smog person. the guy who smogged my car didnt notice my hfc but noticed my stillen gen3 intakes

Why don't you just include the paypal fee in the selling price or require people to send as a paypal "gift"?
