I love that exhaust!!! If it would fit with the stock nismo bumper, I'd buy it!

Yes, it does come with the Ti burnt tips. There is a small cold start clip on the first page--it's not much but it's all I had saved. I did own a Fast Intentions and I would liken it sound wise to an FI.
