zeus37 03-31-2015 10:24 AM

Forgot to mention, scratches don't matter as much as I'm getting powdercoated.

Im also looking to snag one of these. Not sure what proper forum etiquette is. To jump in here or start a new thread?

zeus37 04-02-2015 10:45 AM

I don't know either but you're more than welcome to post in here to bump the thread and let people know you're looking too!!

wheysted32 04-02-2015 11:05 AM

I'm looking as well so I'll cast my line out there.

zeus37 04-02-2015 11:20 AM

No problem, but I get first dibs since I started the thread. :stirthepot:

wheysted32 04-02-2015 11:32 AM

I actually just changed my mind. No cold air intake. Only benefits around 5k Rpm, loses low end torque, voids warranty, and have to remove bumper to clean. Instead going to get hps maf post tubes and drop in k&n air filters. For 1/3 the price. Same gains in HP but doesn't lose low end torque.

Same gains in HP i think not but what ever puts the fair in your fairlady...

From what ive read on here, very similar gains. Maybe +-4hp

To me., thats pretty close to the same. Probably world of difference for others.

Etzio 04-02-2015 12:05 PM

Per Z1 - The power result: A dyno-proven 18.5 horsepower gain at the wheels on the G37 Coupe and 17.5 horsepower on the 370Z. This translates to an estimated 20-22 horsepower gain at the flywheel! For G37/G35 Sedan owners, gains are 14 horsepower at the wheels. No other intake for the VQ can match these power gains!

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Etzio 04-02-2015 12:38 PM

he has a total of 3 posts to his name (not that I have much more) but my guess is troll

wheysted32 04-02-2015 12:41 PM

I'm not going to dig through that whole thread, but were talking about the Stillen Gen 3 intake which clearly has more gains than +- 4whp

zeus37 04-07-2015 08:20 AM

No luck in finding one yet! Still looking

Etzio 04-07-2015 08:34 AM

I decided to jump ship to the Takeda for now, neither are easy to come up with

zeus37 04-08-2015 08:24 AM

Good luck! I'm still stuck on stillen gen 3s

Remaining hopeful somebody wants to part out

zeus37 04-17-2015 06:48 PM

Forgot to add, additional money added for any sort of black finish. Gloss, Matte, Textured all get some extra money.

zeus37 04-18-2015 02:25 PM

This is slightly more difficult than I anticipated.

zeus37 04-20-2015 03:56 PM

bringing this up
