New C7 Vette
 

Yeah, I'm a traitor but I couldn't help myself. I spotted it Friday on AutoTrader at a Chevy dealer about 125 miles away. A new 2014 with 3 miles on it, convertible, 3LT with Z51 package, crystal red tintcoat, chromed wheels, magnetic suspension, dual mode exhaust, & more. Discounted over $6k off sticker. The wife & I drove over this morning to see what kind of trade they would offer. Made a deal for $32k for my one year old 2014 Z (touring, sport, auto, & nav) and 1.9% financing for 60 months.
We left the dealer at 3:30 this afternoon & took the long way home (275 miles and 5 hours including a dinner break).

Many times this year I had been on the Chevrolet website and configured the exact Corvette I wanted. Then finding a 100% match within a reasonable driving distance with a substantial discount, I felt it was meant to be.

grandpa, pulled up next to a shiny new red C7 like yours (hardtop though) at a red light yesterday. Gave him the thumbs up and he returned the gesture. That sure is a gorgeous color as well as car that you have, congrats again!
