Anyone know what this truck is?

Saw this truck awhile back on the way home from work and took some terrible photos with my phone. I tried cropping them and editing them, so this is the best I could come up with. The thing was massive and was really booking it, almost looks like it belongs in one of the recent Dark Knight movies.
