Nissan Releases Limited ‘Midnight Opal' GT-R
 

Hope nobody hangs me for this, but I'm not all that fond of the color. I'd much rather go for a white GT-R :D

So fancy paint and gold wheels make it a limited edition? First the 2014 Nismo with its stickers and 2-tone paint and now this? Jeez, Nissan is getting ricier every day!

Not bad, but I learned my lesson when I had my Z. Don't pay for custom paint colors with a Nissan. Their paint is crap

its not the black cherry.. it goes from a blackish purple to a bronze copper color in the light. Its close to the color that was used on the SpecV you can google a lot of real world pics
color code is Midnight Opal (2RP) LAG

this car is just 50 units in the US and is done as sort of a send off to the 2nd Gen R35. The 3rd Gen (final) of the R35 is being unveiled in November alongside the NISMO version

Hey nissan strip all crap off paint it white or black and give us an $80k 2WD version. Stop the poopy pants purple paint model.

I like the color, just not the price.

Sorry to say but a super car to me needs to be loud with the motor off. Meaning paint needs to be BRIGHT. Black is an exception. But then again the GTR just doesn’t do it for me. Not for 100k plus.
