some people's priorities change.

When i drove the z, i knew what it was and what it meant and i got it. Knew EXACTLY what i was buying and same with my mustang. Don't regret it.

This x1000

The Boss was top three for new car list, personally. =)

HArturo319 01-06-2013 09:07 PM

And come on man you can call your car the Boss... I love my Z, but all i can her is some feminine name (which is totally OK)

Nice car and congrats OP. I just have to say. I have seen a lot of my customers get rid of their Z's along with others on the forum. All for different but similar reasons: not enough room, not practice, not good on gas, to noisy, and so on.

I simply shake my head. You test drove the car, you knew what you were buying but yet you bought the Z anyway. I just don't get how people just don't plan for the future, or know what they are buying.

I kept my Z for three years. My career has changed a bit (not that that is anyone's business) and I can use something with a bit more capacity.

I did know what I was getting when I got my Z. It was badass, fun and I will always miss that car. But this car is an upgrade in everyway. So I don't see what the problem is?

Should I buy a minivan now so that I one day in 10 years when I have a kid I can say I planned ahead?

ive test driven the Boss and Good Gawd was the power fun. i didnt feel as secure going thriugh corners with it but that comes with time and adjusting. i only drove it for an hour. Cant say I wouldnt enjoy the hell out of it but it just irritates me with so many mustangs on the road. i know the Boss is a whole different beast then 90% of em on the road but also 80% of the people don't know the difference. I like the Z for the fact its a more rare to see on the road and turns heads everytime. Congrats on the purchase and enjoy it! Definitely not a bad change or a downgrade!

as long as you're happy with it, enjoy it! too big boxy and heavy for me

i'm kinda annoyed with some of you guys.

No idea why any of you are giving him a hard time!

Even though i would never own a Mustang, his choice, his money and it's still a nice car......some of us should respect that ;)

Congrats.

Should really just make a mustang support group section.

I agree, I love the mustang. I don't understand why people get their panties in a bunch when "mustang" is said. I haven't owned my 370 in a long time but it's not the best car in the world I'm sorry to tell you... mustang isn't either...

Congrats on the new ride buddy. I test drove a boss a few months ago and loved loved loved the side exhaust!

Not a Ford fan but respect sports cars in general. That said, I think the 302BOSS is one of the most important sports cars for sale right now. This feeling doesn't resonate with the GT. But the BOSS truly is special.

Congrats.

A Boss 302 is a special car indeed. Have fun and enjoy it. :tiphat:
