One year ago today...

Checking my calendar this morning, I realized it has been exactly a year since I traded in my 370Z for a Mustang.

Coincidentally, I also clicked over 15,000 miles in my Mustang this morning-- the exact number of miles I had on my Z when I traded it in...I actually clicked over to 15,000.0 as I parked it for the last time.

http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e3...55EB4181FD.jpg

Kind of some interesting parallels between the days...both days, clicked over 15,000 miles. Both days, woke up with no intention of trading my car in...and...both days....

I drove home happy in a mustang ;)

Fairly easy commute. Mileage is about the same as the Z, give or take an MPG.

It was cheaper to buy a new one than it was to change the SRA fluid :|

There are no complaints ever about Mustangs. They are God's gift to driving humans. :roflpuke2::roflpuke2::roflpuke2:

My only complaint is the fact that it doesn't look like a subaru outback.

Yea thats right! Subject the Stangs and Vette to the everyday grind and leave the Z pristine LOL

lol No car that I own can be described as "pristine". I park outside, I don't go nuts over my paint job, and I drive them, often and hard. :icon17:

But getting back on topic, I'm glad the Mustang is treating you well, Danimal.

Totally. I once saw a Mustang rape a homeless person. Whereas, I once saw a Z car escort an old lady across the street.

Especially a gorgeous red one :ugh2:

But, stepping back a bit...if someone were to do that...I would bet that person would have awesome hair.

:roflpuke2: Based on the two pieces of empirical evidence I have, it must be true! All Red Z's become Mustangs, and all Mustang drivers have great hair!

Note: Sample size is a limitation here.

Looking at some confidence intervals, I think this has more statistical significance than True Delta reliability reports...

:icon18: And as we all know, Confidence will make a Z outrun a Mustang.

I believe you guys. I'm just saying... I have 100 less hp and get 6 less miles per gallon. lol. Either you guys drive really mild or my Z sux up serious gas.

where and how you drive matter, which is why it is generally more interesting to compare mileage in the same driving situations.
