Comparing 350Z to a GT-R

Someone on reedit owns a 350Z and a GT-R. The 350Z they have hit 200K miles and is almost ten years old (!!!) -- they have had no issues with it and have kept up regular maintenance. Some window motors have been it.

Anyway, here is his comparison between his 350Z and his 2009 GT-R:
The cars are quite different. Where the Z takes a turn and it feels like you would expect it to, using the combination of its low-wide stance and minimal body roll... The GT-R is something altogether surreal feeling.
You're substantially higher up in the GT-R, and you can readily feel its increased weight over the Z, and when you start your turn, something in the back of your head is screaming "prepare for massive underfuckingsteer!!!", but that's when the pixie dust flies and the big car pulls a Susan Boyle and completely out-performs your expectations. The GT-R stays firm in the corner, like a soldier at attention. There is zero sense of body roll, and you find yourself wondering whether the tires were made by the folks over at Super Glue and not Dunlap. All of this amounts to an odd sense of calm and posterity in even the hairiest of corners. For better or worse, calm in a corner tends to increase confidence in the corner, which then increases your tenancy to accelerate while cornering...
TL;DR. The GT-R feels like its on rails. The Z feels like a sports car.
I thought it was funny ... :D

Looks like I made the right choice in the 370Z. I'm about fun, not lap-times.

I still think that on the street its akin to owning a very fast couch. Part of the fun with my 370Z comes from shifting, etc. I actually enjoy it more than my Z06 because it is more involving (requires more shifting, requires more attention to rpm, etc). If my Z06 didn't require me to shift, it would have been the epitome of boring.

These cars are on two different levels. One is a sports car, the other is essentially a super car.
