Screw in tire (FX35)

I drove six hours, from San Antonio to Wichita falls on Friday. Yesterday I discovered a screw stuck in the rear driver side tire. It's on a part of the tire that makes contact with the road. We don't seem to be losing pressure. My wife told me to leave it where it is, but I'm thinking she's full of sh*7. What do you guys think, should I get the tire replaced/repaired?

We have about 5K miles on the FX. It's the AWD, but I think it's RWD most of the time. I have the LE so the tires are 265/40/21.

Definitley stop at a tire shop and get it repaired. It wont cost much and might save you a blowout

Take it in for a potiential repair. You are just asking for trouble otherwise and there is no telling how poorly that could end.

Thanks. I'll get it looked at tomorrow. For now, that sucker is staying in the garage.
