GTR, The Car Not To Buy. Huh?!
|
Quote:
that is inaccurate but its fox news so go figure the US market LDH 2013 doesnt get the asymmetrical suspension... its just for RHD cars to account for balancing issue due to where the steering column is placed. the transmission is not quicker... the refinements to it are for quietness and for feel) and the price is going up alot..... as in close to 5K for the premium and almost 8K for the black( because its coming with a carbon spoiler that MSRPs for almost 11K) for 15hp which is good for a tenth more or less.... insideline tested the 13 exactly as identical in performance to the 12 and best motoring just had a head to head race in 0-400M(shorter than a 1/4 mile) with different drivers using different shifting techniques ....the 13 managed a 10.88 and the 12 a 11.07 |
Ehh, not a good review at all, the author had no valid reason for not buying the GTR. Maybe hes a secret GTR admirer.

well i think he meant dont buy the 12 as the 13 is coming out soon...
but some of his main reasons are inaccurate as i explained above... aswell as his logic of when he says blame nissan how about blame him for the fact he his reviewing the 2012 in late December at the very end of its model year cycle... the car came out last February and yes the 13 is out in about a month with minor tweaks |
:roflpuke2:I wanted to see bill oreilly review it! :roflpuke2:

Shoot I would buy two of them. One to DD and one for the track. If I could that is. I love them that much. Next to the 458, lambo, atom, and so on.
|
I think the Mustang/GT500 is the "one to not buy" if you want to use "Next year's model has..."

Because Mainstream news ABC ,NBC,CBS always accurate? they all suck ! anbody notice how the jdm is getting the hate in the news ?
|
lol like if someone had 100k burning a hole in their pocket and had an infactuation with the GT-R like me, looked at that and suddenly went, " oh, you said i shouldnt buy it? okay, i wont." WHATEVER. that dude could have been the pope and i would burn out and have shot him the deuce as i exited via my new GT-R. one does not simply "dislike" the GT-R!!

i got one to spin for about 10-12 feet at the drag strip last week i guess thats the definition of a GTR burnout |
I'm in love with the GT-R but it needs to get on a 350lb diet.
|
That burnout actually wasn't bad. control on the other hand all comes down to the driver.
|
Well I guess no one noticed, the review is done by Fox the most unreliable and crooked network.

Yes MSNBC reports from a progressive point of view but their open about it (don't LIE about being "fair and balanced) and more importantly they don't lie, distort and misrepresent the facts on a daily bases. If they do misspeak they're typically fast to correct. The Fox Noise Channel is hugely responsible for why about 1/2 the population is so misinformed / have so much hate for our democrat President. They're basically a 24/7 Anti-Obama network. But as far as the GT-R's concerned it wouldn't be may choice but not because the 13' may be better. I just prefer cars where the driver is more involved, the computers don't do most of the work, is fun to drive when not going balls to the walls around a race track, etc. If I had 100K for a car that cost no less than the typical 250K super car (GT-R) to actually "afford" I'd buy either an M3 or Cayman S/R / Boxster S/Spyder and bank the remaining 30-40K or so. |
