Hi all,

I heard LFA will be limited to 500 units. Will there be no more LFA produce after 500 units? I mean like Fairlady has 370z, but in the future there will be another car that will be replacing the 370z, like a new Z come out. Will LFA have next generation LFA after 500 or no more LFA will be on production?

Pretty sure the LFA is a one time run of 500 until they sell all 500. I doubt they will make another generation of them simply because they are losing money on each one they sell.

The LFA was a limited production "halo" car. The chances of them making more are just about 0%. Also I'm pretty sure that all 500 were sold LONG ago.

LFA was going to be 500 units only. but now they will produce a nurburgring edition and then also convertible versions.

The LFA is a rare car, only 500 had been made. Lexus wants to make it a true exotic car that can compete with Ferrari and Lambo. It had been tested intensively at the Ring, it costs the life of their best test driver/engineer.

They make it looks like you could only be considered IF you have a high level of driving skills and experience.

So many people in the world were trying to get one of these five-hundreds limited edition, I believe tons of those buyers/drivers in the line-up knows about cars and driving skills/techniques.

However, while Lexus/Toyota is saying they are being very picky about the buyers, thus they only want to sell this LFA to true drivers......

I don't think the guy that lets Sharif drive his at the track is a Lexus owner. He got the first one that was sold.
