Any 2.5 Liter Cherokee owners?

I'm looking for another daily since I sold my old Camaro, a guy has a 99 2.5 Cherokee Sport (130K) he wants 3 grand for. I know the 4.0Ls are bulletproof, but I hadn't heard much about the 2.5. Thanks.
