It's dangerous to assume your going to get a scholarship. To become a heart surgeon you're looking at at least 10 years in school. Your dad might not have any problem paying $100k's for your education, but I would think that every little bit helps.

he is my cousin i call my brother because has been living with my family my almost whole life and my dad bought him those cars so his like a son like me. his parents live in india

Both the M5 and M6 are his? Why have both? Seems like a waste of money. They are very similar and its usually a one or the other decision between the 2, not both. If he's willing to let you have one, that would be your best option.
