premium has a slightly different interior: no red accents, no recarros, and gray headliner (as opposed to black). as for options, there really aren't many other than the color of exterior and interior (on premiums) and whether or not you want floor mats, ipod connector and backup camera. those are the only options that i can remember other than accessories that they sell in addition to the car
