I guess the nismo catalog isnt really considered performance. And this IPL is just NISMO by another name.

Wow, I was expecting an IS-F or M3 contender. I'm sure it's will still be an excellent car, but for what your paying....I'd rather go with a standard G37 and go FI... or better yet a Nismo 370z with FI.

You aren`t going to see any significant increase in power unless they release a boosted version of the VQ37.... No surprise with the Nismo and no surprise here....

Not too bad in person.. kind of like my opinion of the 370Z when I firdt saw pics. Disappointed with the pics impressed with the reality. Power levels will not change until there is boost of course... the 3.7 is at its peak.

How did I know the Nismo haters would float to the top of this thread? Lol!

In case nobody else noticed, the whole design of this IPL G37 came from their 20th Anniversery Edition. The red seats, the body kit...pretty much everything. Only 200 of these were made. They probably did it to get a feel for the market willing to spend the extra cash.

Should be interesting to see how this plays out. The majority of Infiniti customers I know aren't looking for performance as much as they are luxury and comfort. I doubt it's as successful as they think it will be.
