GTR's finally selling for sticker
I don't know how things are in other states but here in Ohio, my local Nissan dealership was charging 98k for 73k sticker GTR premiums.
As you can probably guess, it was pretty hard to sell even this car with a 25k markup in this economy. So after having GTR's sitting in the showroom since August, they finally brought down the price of their GTRs (yes they have 2) to sticker ($73k). So if anyone is looking for a GTR at sticker price, you can PM me for the dealer info, I'm sure they are looking to sell them :driving: I sure wish I could afford one :eekdance: |
They should have done that in the first place!!
|
I'll take one for below thanks ;]
|
what colors are they?
|
yeah thats the old sticker price . those must have been at the dealer for a while. the new msrp is almost 7K higher and the 2010 looks to be increased again

In Houston, the dealership I have been working with sold four of their GT-R's for 10K over MSRP. Not sure on the other dealerships, but I would bet they were all close on the price around here, crazy they could put the price that high over stick. |
I've fallen for the GT-R, and the dealership that we purchased our 370 from keeps calling me to come and purchase theirs. Possibly the most brilliant automobile in its category/price point in the world today.
|
so, anyone know invoice pricing on the Gt-R's....lol
as a matter of fact, a dealer near my house had an ad in the classifieds for a Gt-R at sticker price....this was in december |
Invoice is
$72,318 Base (MSRP $76,840) $74,434 Premium ($79,090) plus a $1K destination |
In January 09 I was at a local dealer (elk grove, CA) and they were selling the gtr with 10k bumb. Some other local dealers had a 20k markup.
|
Too late.. they can shov it in their a$$ now. They lost a customer(yours truly) that had some big downpayment and was ready to buy. I see the bubble poped. Come to the throughbed Nissan dealer in Tucson(Speedway avenue) they still have two GTRs with $25000 market adjustment notes which makes me laugh harder than any comedian out there.
Not only I had the means to buy one but two other friends proposed buying two more , our offer was at MSRP. That would be 3 GTR sales but instead some of them are still collecting dust in the dealer(Thorughbed Nissan in Tucson). They are so serious that they have a rope around them so that you can't even get close. It ain't a Buggati Veyron neither a Enzo gents!! |

It is a rare situation for nissan because perhaps the 370Z must be one of the best sellers cars in the market right now while this might hurt the sales of the GTR. Two great cars but the 370z is the best deal out there. By the way, thanks for being honest and letting the people know of the good deals. |
370z sold ..... 1632 in march GTR sold...137
|
MC...what other deals can u get on GTRs. 76k is very nice.

but running the owners club i see stuff like this pop up in different regions of the country from time to time. with the 2010 who knows. it looks like nissan is going to produce alot less this model year and youve got the higher price. so it remains to be seen what kind of deals i run across on these the ultimate deal is an old one at the orginal MSRP. that basically translates to paying some 12K less for almost the same car |
bumping an old thread but if anyone knows someone seriously interested in a GT-R i can get them under invoice on a brand new 09 gunmetal GT-R with 33 miles on it!!!!
|
I'm tempted t trade my 370 for the gunmetal, to truly become that ******* in my circle of friends lol. If it was silver, I probably couldn't say no. I've seen this car in Red, gunmetal, and silver, and the silver blew me away with how shiny it was. Do the other colors come with the extra clear coats?

all the GT-Rs are double clear coated in areas but only the super silver has that 7 process layered paint thus the $3K extra.... you cant really tell on my black as it is a swirled looking as any other black car |
Yeah, the gunmetal and the red I saw in the showroom were ok, but nothing that jumped at me. I saw the silver on the freeway, so I didn't really get to check it out, but it really looked sharp compared to the other colors. This is one of the few cars I only like in one color, to be honest.

what is invoice on it? |
hmm about 75K plus the 1K destination. i think i might can get the 1K destination taken off. its my guys very last 09 and he really wants to just get rid of it. he has some 2010's already arriving. i already sold one of those for under MSRP but it was still mid 80's with the new price hike
|
MC. can u give me the dealer info. for the new gtr going for 75? I want to work out payments
