My Z gets a new Bluesbrother roomate......>>
I'm a sucker for Blue cars, and I kinda miss the old Turbo woosh... Plus my street cred was slipping by not having a VW/Audi in the driveway. Anyway, flew to Cincinnati this past weekend and brought this home.
2003 20th Anniversary Edition GTI in Jazz Blue (#751 of 4000 in the edition, and 1 of 1000 in this color). Stock except for Corner balanced KW V1's, Milltek Turboback, Evolution Motorsports intake and an R-line steering wheel and shifter. Getting hard to find un-molested MK4 Golf's these days. The AE edition has a bunch of nice stuff like a 6 speed and Recaro seats. With 12K on it it was just like buying a new car....(for half price!) http://images17.fotki.com/v522/photo...MG_2469-vi.jpg http://images54.fotki.com/v553/photo...MG_2468-vi.jpg http://images17.fotki.com/v522/photo...MG_2470-vi.jpg |

Are you going to do a photoshoot with them together? ;)

I'd love to mess with my Audi, but the ol' '03 A4 Quattro 5AT 1.8T just doesn't have a lot of oomph anymore, and since it's a daily driver i don't want to sink tons of cash into it

Nice. :yum:
Last VW I owned was a late 70's/early 80's (can't remember at the moment) diesel rabbit. They sure have come a long way since then! In for pics of the pair... |
