also, i'll still be the bad guy and say 200k isnt ridiculous for it. the 911 turbo S kitted out is 200k and thats the competition. same performance and same price.

i will say my next toy is looking like a C8 Z06, Mclaren 570S, or an older F12 Berlinetta. well.....for now. i may change my mind but still i currently like those to add to the stable.

To be honest. Porsche is losing credibility due to them pricing themselves out. They're overpriced by 30k across the board. McLaren is a decent way to go. But if you're spending that kinda money and enjoy that analog yet exotic drive. Take a look at the MB AMG GTR. I think it will surprise you. And it's the Z of the exotic world. Not too many people have them.

I would loooove a C8 z06. But I think that's out of my range right now. Itll have to be a z51 or if they make a grand sport?

Porsche is without a doubt overpriced. every car they produce is overpriced.

love mclaren. great car, looks good, sounds good, price isn't that crazy.

saw my first senna in person a couple months back and i had to sit down and just stare at it for awhile. it's not the prettiest hing but it's art. it's like the mona lisa. bitch is ugly but it still will make you stare for awhile.

i have looked at the AMG GT i love it but end of the day its a benz. mehhhhh.

GT-R. Makes s difference. At the track I drove the 458. This was the owners list.

1. Porsche gt3rs
2. Ferrari 458
3. MB AMG GTR.

He said all the other exotics they had drove similar to each other. All great. But he said you can tell those 3 are Track Gods. N he owned a slew of exotics and a Nissan GTR.

Actually, Porsche buyers have priced the marque out of reality, not the other way around IMHO.
If you were lucky enough to get an allocation for a 911 GT2 RS in Canada, you paid $335,000 plus whatever a-la-carte options that Porsche could screw you over for. If you wanted to flip that car this summer, the going rate was closer to $600,000. Think of what you could buy for that! A damn nice property with a huge house on it, or a used Porsche. It's still north of $500,000 (Canadian dollars)!!!

Yes, the AMG GTR is a sweet ride. Gets bad reviews for driveability, though. Especially in the wet. Too much torque, not enough traction (or not enough talent behind the wheel). Ironically, the last one I saw had just been traded in at a Porsche dealership.

Q: "What do you drive?"

A: "The same one they use as a safety car in Formula 1".

:happydance:

Just hit 2 years 2 weeks on the camaro. I'm thinking either one more year or two.

That Giulia GTV coupe quadrifoglio or C8 corvette z51?

I'm praying reliability hits for the quadrifoglio. It's the best sounding engine under 100k imho

Honesty I’d go C8 but second year. First year vetts always have issues.

I do dig the Alfa but as you mentioned the reliability side kinda puts a damper on a purchase.
