Previous/current 350 owners

I would like some advise/recommendation/opinion on some wheel options for a Red 350Z, for a friend.

Photos would be nice and of course sources and model numbers would also be appreciated.

Thanks

1. tell him to upgd to a 370, way better car

2. go for stock 370z sport rims if on a budget.

There is a lot of bad taste on this site but you can see a whole lot of wheels on 350s

Going by the 350s I see these days, he should put on some really wide bottom-dollar knockoffs like XXRs, with the narrowest tires possible. And then lower it so it gets high-centered on anything other than flat ground. Don't forget the mega-camber. :rofl2:

This seems like a good idea.... but I happen to really like the OEM rays. And I am too cheap to drop half a turbo kit on wheels.

These pics were taken right before I sold the Z. The wheels are TE37 19x9.5 +22/19X10.5 +22 with Bridgestone RE-11 255/35 and 285/35 tires. The Z is sporting 5mm slip on Z1 spacers front and rear in the pictures.

I really like my 19" Nismo/Rays LMGT4's - they're in my avatar on the left of the screen, fitted to my old black 350. They're not made anymore, but they come up for sale secondhand from time to time.

Agreed, Nismo LMGT4s are definitely one of my favorite wheels for the Z33. The pic below was taken 8 years ago. Wheels were the regular 19" Nismo options wrapped in Hankook V12s with no spacers. Wow, those wheels were sunk in--15/20 or 20/25 spacers would've made the Z looked better.

...yes, I agree. I had 20mm spacers on mine. Very worthwhile.

Edit - I still have the wheels, hanging in the garage. I may well put them on the 370 this summer. I had them on my old silver 370 and they looked mint...

I never thought LMGT4s would look good on a Z34; but man, they sure do!

Thanks.

Had them refurbed not too long ago, in a darkish grey. They still look okay, but I prefer the original silver...
