Toyota sues veteran after selling him a lemon.
|
Its sad that I'm not surprised by this. I hate...I mean hate my Toyota dealership. Just this week, my wife dropped off her Sequoia to rotate the tires and an alignment. They call me and say sir your air filter and in cabin air filter needs changed - I say no, just do what we asked. They email me the next morning and say the truck won't crank but they have a battery for 155 bucks. I say, nope don't touch it. I bought my own battery and went and got it.
That is the 3rd time in as many years. I'm done. So not surprising at all. |
the worst experience ive had at any car dealership was at a toyota dealership.

That's the unfortunate thing about service departments these days. They're operating as a second sales department and hawking stuff that people don't need. In this case, I can't believe that Toyota has big enough balls to try and deny the warranty. The car was purchased in the US, therefore has a US warranty. I used to own nothing but Toyotas. Never again. This just confirms it for me. |
yah even the sales guys were real sleazy. im sure they're about promoting local hires and jobs for their PR, but mang, screen dem pls.

I once had an FJ cruiser and they didn't honor the warranty due to a faulty stock shift issue I had. First time I had a problem at any stealership

I have always hated Toyota due to there lack of respect for the customer. They act like they can do whatever they want and you will still buy from them. NOT!!!

Typical of Toyota.

I have owned four Toyotas and the customer service was outstanding. Of course it was the same dealership that services my Z, which is the only reason I have any respect for Nissan.
