Edit.... Just saw it posted already... Sorry guys!

Saw it on fb yesterday. Pretty sure it's a common practice happening at all dealerships not just Nissan. These two were unlucky and got caught. Imagine their faces when the owner confronted them :ugh:

ShutokuZ 07-10-2015 08:30 PM

I am sure it is. I have always taken a photo of my in mileage to see how much it has been "road tested".

TreeSemdyZee 07-11-2015 11:31 AM

They must have used "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" as an instructional video.

Must have been an old beater Ken...I bet you wouldn't turn it down if it was a Ferrari or a Lambo. I know I wouldn't. :icon17:

kenchan 07-11-2015 01:26 PM

jshare1 07-11-2015 01:55 PM

DLSTR 07-11-2015 02:30 PM

No one's ride deserves to be abused no matter if you dont like how it looks. Ive worked hard for a car most here would laugh at when I was young/in college etc. I support the guy and I hope the idiots who were abusing his ride get fkn fired!

Some of you should take a long hard look in the mirror and review your posts. Fk those idiots. Dont like his Z so be it. He aint on fkn welfare.Hes working 2 jobs to keep it moving. Well done I say! Id send him a few bucks to make sure his ride was more reliable etc.

DLSTR, Agree with most of what you said.

The 2 employees did get fired. What bothers me is the guy ended up receiving over $3k in repairs to compensate him for this wrongdoing, but he still felt it wasn't enough! :shakes head:

"My heart was racing because I'm like I'm not paying them nearly $300 just to drive from Riverside to Moreno Valley in my vehicle," he said.

That anger will pass. Thanks for the update. I say a fair settlement has been made then.

DjSquall 07-12-2015 12:19 AM

He's definitely doing it wrong. I was making minimum wage when I got my Z and I still found a way to manage

So whats your point? That your a better man?
I certainly do not find fault to anyone trying to make a decent living...who do we to judge this guy we do not know his circumstance in life.

Who knows he might be supporting another brother or sister to college etc.
