I'm in IL as well and I don't have a front license plate. Looks like crap when you do have one. I don't mind as much on certain cars but I didn't add one to my Nismo.

But there is a front plate on now. I work in a wealthy area and the cops there arnt too friendly.

Haha I would have refused delivery then. :) I told my dealer when I ordered my Nismo that if I saw holes drilled I wasn't accepting delivery. Thank goodness they listened. I also just recently told the dealer when I pick up my STI to not drill.
