Nissan 370Z Forum - FS: 2001 Toyota Avalon XL, Houston Texas

I am trying to thin out the herd to make room for a truck (for those following, this is the thread about me looking for a truck).

I maintain all of my vehicles pretty well so you are getting a great running vehicle with no problems, except for what is indicated here.

Here are the good things:

Timing belt changed at 90,000 miles. A little early but the previous owner did it because of age. This is before I got it with the insane amount of driving that I do.
Spark plugs changed with OEM at 150k.
Transmission flushed with genuine Toyota ATF at 150k.
Shocks replaced with KYB GR2 at 130k. These are just straight replacements. They don't lower the vehicle.
Strut tower brace from a Toyota Solara installed around 120k. This is a drop-in upgrade and significantly improved the car's handling.
Throttle body cleaned, IAC valve changed less than 10k miles ago.
Valve gasket changed less than 10k miles ago.
Factory wheel was stolen. Replaced with 17" wheels from a Lexus ES330, complete with Lexus lug nuts and wheel lock.
Tires are Toyo Versado LX II, with expected 60,000 mile treadlife. The tires are at 7/32" and so have at least half life left. Rotated every oil change.
Oil changed at around 5k intervals with 5w-30 synthetic high mileage oil. Brand varies with whatever is on sale, but often Mobil1.
Hood struts replaced several months ago.
Tint is HP Solar Gard Charcoal, 35% front, 10% side and rear.
Cabin and engine air filters changed regularly. Car gets avg 25 mpg on premium.
All switchgears and radio/cd/tape player works. Power locks and windows, keyless entry and remote trunk.
Car passes emissions with no problems. No check engine lights or other warnings.

Here are the problems:

Overhead console light on the driver's side doesn't work.
Broken trim around the passenger door handle.
Paint is in pretty bad condition. The hood especially has tons of nicks from what could be hail damage. I got the vehicle this way.

I am asking for $4,500. This is par with dealer retail price instead of private party, but really this car is better maintained than anything you would find on a dealer's used car lot. The car will be fully cleaned. I am located in Houston, Texas.
