FS: MO - WTT for 300ZTT or 370 - Evo 8 GSR 19k firm BBY built E85 Clean Taken Care of
ok so here goes nothing. This is my 2003 evo 8 GSR with around 170k, motor has under 8k on it. I've owned it about 2 years now and I haven't owned a car this long in years. Mods are as below. Just about the only thing that has the miles on it is the body. Everything else is super clean. I'm not going to leave anything out. If you have a question feel free to ask as I want 100% of this car on the table and no one wondering anything. It's originally an arizona car and has spent one winter in the snow so that also means no rust from winter salt and crap.
*****serious inquiries only please, I am accepting offers but don't have too much room to play***** Will trade for a 300ZTT and cash on your end or 370 and cash on my end. I have spent a lot of my personal time building this car and getting it done right. Everything that was replace was done by mitsu parts. The OEM gasket set with seals for this motor was 300 for just gaskets and seals, not to mention the 700 dollar service/timing kit. Please text me if you have any questions as I am not on here often. The car shows that it was well taken care of. from the paint to the interior and I've owned many cars before this. I used to be a detailer as well so the car stays smoth as glass in the garage where it normally sits. The injectors are cleaned regularly due to the E85 as well. Car was dyno'd last week and made 431hp and 400tq on a mustang dyno. Car was also freshened up and retuned on E85 which produced those numbers at Boostin Performance on stock ECU speed density. Car runs perfect. Also has a non WOT pump gas tune for if needed to drive around on. This car was taken very good care of by the original owner and I took very good care of it as well as it shows. All paper work from day 1 was kept track of through the build as well down to the OEM mitsu oil filters purchased from mitsu. anything in the build that was needed was replaced with OEM replacements such as bran new OEM alternator and I replaced the AC compressor also which works flawlessly. This car was built to be a daily driver. The only thing that I went a little aggressive on was the clutch as I didn't want it to slip. 19,000 is my price firm. It's only worth what someone will pay so if it doesn't sell, I don't mind keeping it at all. I would rather just have a house. below are tons of pictures, pro and no pro taken as well as a few vids of both before and after the stock ECU tune. 636-699-6234 Mods/build: map stage 1 2.0 shortblock ACL Race series bearings Forged malney H Beam Connecting Rods micro polished/balanced crankshaft Forged Wiseco 9:3:1 Pistons Aeromotive 340lph intank pump Stock ECU on E85 and pump gas Speed Density tune Omni 4 Bar MAP sensor precision 1200 injectors mild rebuild on the head (just what's needing replacement) Garrett GT3076R turbo, .63 A/R hotside RnR manifold Tial 38mm wastegate with external dump ARP head studs ARP Main Studs HKS 272 i/e cams spoolin up COP ignition RnR 3" downpipe Ultimate Racing 3" cat delete Customer Rush Garage modded 3in exhaust with 22" by 4" magnaflow tip custom carbon fiber exhaust shroud Grimmspeed 3port Electronic Boost Controller RnR 4" intake Forge VTA BOV (1G DSM flange) Buschur upper IC pipe TurboXS FMIC Helix oil catch can Battery relocated to trunk with optima redtop Nardi Deep corn 350mm leather steering wheel NRG short hub adapter NRG Quick release SE black Stoptech slotted rotors, front/rear Goodridge SS braided brake lines Limited Edition blue Enkei RPF1 18x9.5 +15 Brand new Nitto Neo Gen Tires 245/40/18 Brand new ACT 6puck sprung clutch with HD pressure plate Brand new ACT streetlight flywheel Stainless steel clutch line Buschur aluminum "underhood" shifter bushings Energy Suspension polyurethane shifter-base bushings Kartboy short shifter Cusco OS-T front strut bar Cusco OS rear strut bar Cusco lower front arm bar Megan Racing Street Coilovers (32way, 8kg/6kg) Agency Power adjustable rear end links Honda S2000 antenna Momo Superturismo pedals Brand new OEM Evo VIII floormats SMC shift knob 'EVODave' smoked head lights 'EVODave' VII style tail lights Defi BF 60mm boost & EGT gauges with control unit AEM UEGO wideband o2 gauge w/ RMR CF gauge pod JDM Evo 7 seats Custom carbon fiber rear spoiler diffuser US Evo X Evolution badge OEM mitsu rain guards Do luck style poly front lip Now to the pictures!! http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps12b53379.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps77a00fdc.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps19f29039.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...pseef3d5ba.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps1cfc4edb.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps3bd37fbe.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps5bd3f058.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...psc72bb80d.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps3550bba3.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps59a4f0e4.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps57ad94d4.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps08175004.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...psf06db7c9.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...psfade9808.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...0/IMAG0422.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...0/IMAG0460.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...0/IMAG0459.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps85d34ea8.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...0/IMAG0422.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...0/IMAG0460.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...0/IMAG0459.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps726a5f1c.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps595676d9.jpg Exhaust Clip of the car with the new exhaust IMG_1402_zps6fc81c07.mp4 Video by Jkapp3000 | Photobucket Exhaust clip after car was tuned on stock ECU 04202D00-1A3A-4B53-822D-D0993358A01C-1174-000000536CB85350_zps82eb7c26.mp4 Video by Jkapp3000 | Photobucket A couple normal iphone pics. Sick evo like the color. Good Luck On The Sale Cuz You Can't Have My Z.
Damn thats bad ***! Good luck again man. Hope you find your Z soon so can join us at our meets!
Mee too. I've been lurking on this site for years trying to decided whether I want one or not lol
I'd love a sport touring 09 black with the persimmion interior or however you spell it. But really doesn't matter to me haha |
I spy some Vivid Racing receipts! Its gotta be a nice build :)
:D
Wow beautiful car! 27b/6 fan? good luck with your sale - I'd really like to see what you'd do to a Z
Awesome build. Should have no problem getting 19k.
If this was available last month, I would've payed upwards to 24k for this beauty. Made up my mind and im in the process of purchasing a 370z though. Good luck! |
thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words.
Honestly the Z would stay closer to stock. Header, exhaust, nismo wheels, coils and some other exterior mods. |
forgot to add pics of when the block came back from MAPerformance, and while we were re assembling it.
Nobody hates their Z and wants an evo? lol
bump ttt
evo sold. Time to tear it up in the 370 game :D

No way congrats did your evo move or is it still in the same city and state ?
thanks guys! It's out of state, went all the way up to MI
Sweet evo, but laughed hard when u auto assumed cash would go to u when traded a just as clean and well cared for original gen 2 300zx TT. Sorry to say, mods dont always add value, and in MOST cases they decrease it. An evo 8 and TT 300 ZX loaded are about equal on desire and resale value. Personally I would take the 300 in a heartbeat "obviously so would u" because the evos engine goes BOOOOOM CLATTER CLATTER CLATTER after 100k, probably why it has a new one lol. But if u find someone willing to give up a clean cherry 300 TT dont expect cash. Unmodlested clean 300s are getting impossible to find. And its a damn sexy car.

Think this Car has been sold already.
Yeah, saw after. But my stubborn opinion still stands ;p
Hope no poor sucker went derp and traded a handful of cash, and a superior 300 for that maintenance disaster evo. |
I would love to buy it <3 but i cant..

haha funny enough I don't agree unless the car has been gone over like mine was, I rebuilt that motor from the oil pan to the valve cover fixing any lines, gaskets replacing alternator, and anything else under the hood that I felt would be needed at any point in time (just because). I found a 300 that had been gone over and fixed same as mine with less miles and was gorgeous in which he wanted way less than me and I would have paid it had they not decided to keep it before I sold mine. Your opinion although it is just that, an opinion your entitled to I would say is inaccurate and ignorant at the least as anyone locally would agree that has seen the car built. I've searched years on end trying to find a 300 and have yet to find one I would say as been taken apart and put back together correctly with the right mods. My car however after putting down 400hp for the last 6 years was low on compression and started burning coolant so I decided to build it, no clank clank or boom. Not bad after 147k miles which if you look on the 300 forums the average turbo life on that car is an average of around 120k in which the motor is a required pull unless you want to spend 10 hours on each side if you are an experienced mechanic. Yet again I didn't specify I even wanted a perfect 300 obviously if it were worth it value wise I'd trade strait up but so few really are. So your opinion doesn't still stand and is practically useless in this thread. Regardless the car is sold for what I was asking in which the guy drove it over 600 miles w/out an issue. You should probably research before you post a comment also. None the less thanks for your beginning compliment :D |
