thanks everyone, its an all aluminum motor, light weight and really moves. advantage over a vette is that you arent a vette like every other car at a light. very rare car and even more rare with a V8. the RX7 is lighter and handles better and turns more heads then your normal 24k vette. a vette for 24 k is going to have some miles on it. this motor and build is all bran spankin new.

How did they handle the weight distribution? I know its a 50/50 bias with the 13b in the car. I know I can lift the 13b with one hand fully loaded. I know I can't with an LS motor and that it has much more weight.

The stock TT can make 350 whp with simple bolts ons intake and exhaust. A turbo upgrade will net over 500 whp without much more. Plus you get a 9k rpm limit and the excellent gearing from the trans.

Caring for the rotary 13b is hard, but it is so easy to rebuild and upgrade.

I can only see this mod as lowering the value of the car unless it is going to be used for one purpose racing in a straight line.

i've never seen an argument for unreliable power lol. to each his own i suppose.

Yeah and 30lbs with a 1% shift in weight makes the car a straight line only car. What an idiot

:wtf2:

Different strokes I guess. I'm not a fan of pushrod power but they do make big power on the cheap and has one thing the 13b doesn't have and that is torque. Theres a rx7 here in Indy with a LS1 with a big single turbo that is pretty sick.
