For this year, Nissan is the only brand that invited me in 30THBiMS by 24th March (VIP & Special guest day).
There is new confidence for Nissan this year, by changed new president of the corporate as Toru Hasegawa. Then renamed Thailand's HQ as Nissan Motor Thailand Co.,Ltd. (SNA officially changed to NMT since 21st April).
Then again for 30THBiMS, Nissan has brought 2 main attractions to the show:
Fairlady Z (370Z) - Nissan brought here officially as pace car and image of the brand. But Nissan doesn't have plan to price it right now. Redesigned and retooled a lot and surpassed throughout the limits more than ever. More lightweight, more fast and exhilaration.
Teana - The real purpose of Nissan to show, as new choice in Midsize sedan segment here to replace the older one. Actually an answer from last year's Intima Diesel concept. Many superstition things reverted back to convention vehicle. I'd say since Cefiro replaced by Teana here until now, stirring things up and up...
In that day (24th March), vehicles from Nissan in booth have just Teana models and one Z.
This year it's such that Nissan tried to shift things a lot for its image and trust in Thai market much than ever, for Thai motorists. Even nothing will change for Frontier Navara this year.
