best areas in the bay for headlight mods?

Anyone know a good place in the Bay Area that can remove, open, paint and seal the headlights?

Check out SpeedElement, I think they do headlight mods as well.

Lumen Eyez is legit, we're in some of the local south bay Z groups and he's done some good work and won't cost as much as a shop.
