Came down for an oil change and found out they just got a new alignment rack. They are now your one stop Z shop in the bay area. :tup:

Yes they do a great job too! ZCG does competition alignments too! My car has been winning races since Rob and his team setup my alignment with what he thought would work best.

i called them., they over charge..... not a fair price at all...

They do overcharge because they are a specialty shop - their time is worth more than your average mechanic.
I only go to them for tuning on the dyno.... and maybe some future help with FI.
However, if you can afford it... we are really lucky to have Z Car Garage nearby.

what is overcharging? i paid $120 for my alignment in mountain view. they're called "custom alignment" and they align your car with your weight taken into account. awesome guys and they regularly have exotics in there getting aligned/corner balanced as well. id say $120 is a little ridiculous for an alignment when aligntech's in san jose will do it for $60. but...i was in a pinch

Let me see you get access to team of great guys who work on our cars daily. Setup winning 370z race cars like mine and others. Give you setup tips. Frankly I think that experience is underpriced! Their knowledge will save you hundreds of dollars in long run. They know what works and what doesn't. These days with tires that cost nearly $400 each a good alignment can save you from trashing your tires.

Guess you could run down to big O tires and get someone who is clueless? Z Car Garage pricing is aligned with other top notch alignment shops like Custom alignment and Roger Kraus racing. I have been to them all. There is value in someone who knows our cars and gets constant feedback from people like me and others who race.
