Does anyone have a portable DVD player they can bring? I need to hook it to my GoPro video camera to check the mounting angle on my in cabin mounting bracket. The camera does not come with a display LCD panel.

Might want to bring a light jacket, it's breezy this morning and we will be sitting in the patio.

This was one of the best organized and fun tours I've been on. Big thanks to Zonc's Curtis and Hal. You guys throw one heck of a good drive. Really... Nicely done!

Hey guys, I posted a few pics from the run. It was my first and had a great time, I think they are on the 2nd page of All Albums. The album title is "On a Run"

Those are great pictures. I wish I had not seen them though as I am still bummed I could not make the run. Seeing them re-opened the wound.

Thank you note

Thanks to all that came out for the run, we had a great turnout of 24 cars ranging from 240Z, 300ZX, 350Z, G35, and eight 370Z’s. I met a lot of old friends and made some new friends.

Photos? Unfortunately my photos/video did not come out, I was experimenting with a new GoPro video along with a new in cabin headrest camera mount for my DSLR and none of the video came out, it switched over to camera still mode and shot off 9 million pictures, one every second and the camera was pointed down so none are keepers, a lot of pictures of the radio. The DSLR was too heavy for the camera mount and the camera kept sliding down. Hopefully I will have all the kinks worked out for the next run.

Anyone with photos / video feel to post them here on this thread or provide a link to your photos.

This run was a primer for the longer upcoming runs. Look for new threads started one month prior to the run date for the following events schedule:

May 21, Brunch Run – Winters, Lake Berryessa, Napa Valley

June 18, The Feather River Run – Oroville, Quincy, Truckee

July 16, Brunch Casino Run – Winters, Lake Berryessa, Clear Lake, Capay Valley, Cache Creek Casino

August 13, Summers End Run – Redwoods, Coast, Vineyards

September, date TBD, Ebbetts Pass Run – Hwy 4, Markleeville, S. Lake Tahoe

October 08, Harvest Run, Chico, Lake Almanor, Feather River Canyon, Oroville

Thanks John, that means alot as a lot of hard work goes into organizing the runs. When they look smooth is when hard work pays off. It was great meeting you and your wife and I still cannot believe how your group caught up to ours..haha...must have been the extra HP and cornering stability of your Nismo and the driver makes a big difference. I need to get out to the track.

See you on the next run!

How did your video's come out? Are we going to see them?

Hey Josh, sorry you had to leave early, hopefully you made it back in time, I am sure you got to wring out the TT on Hwy 121. I saw the po-po way up ahead being in the lead group and slowed down in time (no Valentine radar here) and with a blink of an eye as I looked into the rearview mirror and back, a baby doe was jumping across my hood. A little too close for comfort.

See you on the Feather River Run, the flyer should go up in the next week.

EPIC Fail in that dept, got some kinks to work out and hopefully have it dialed in by the next run. Josh would have given you a good run (both of you having TT's).

Great photos Ron, any chance you could post some of them here on this thread?

Yep. I finally joined ZONC after thinking about it for the last 20 or so years. At least now I can see what's coming up and will definitely be going to one of these runs this summer. The Redwood one should be very cool.
