Exhaust Install Location

Hi guys,
My exhaust will be arriving in 2 weeks and I wonder if you have a recommendation of a reliable place to do the install. What would be an average price and how long would it take?
Thanks in advance.

We warranty our labor at SpeedElement. Take it to us :)

Hmmm... Does this mean I'll do the labor at my garage that's why it's free:icon17:

~$200 for a shop to do it, or buy some Rhino ramps, wrenches and low pro race jack and DIY and keep the parts + extra ca$h!

Good point tjlazer! I was just being lazy but I should be able to do this. I will post my success story as soon as I have this installed:)

VICTORxSE has promised to install it for a much better deal...and he even guarantee his work too:) The only problem is I don't know if I can load all these pipe into my roadster and drive it to freemont. I might just try to DIY

tjlazer 12-17-2010 05:35 PM

Well a couple hours labor is more than $200 so yes people are getting arse jacked.

cujo 12-17-2010 07:12 PM

Yeah! I might as well get a beer kage and the bros from this forum can drop by to help me install. This would be a cheaper, more intertainning alternative:) LOL

Unless you are getting your cats swapped out along with the exhaust it should be no more than $130 (avarge price is $100) out the door. This is a basic bolt on and all hardware is provided with all exhausts. Max labor time from the time the tech sits in your car to the point they drive off the lift should be no more than 1 hour. Sorry, I dont mean to rant but I hate how shops try and take advantage of enthusiasts with new model cars simply because they know they have money to spend.
