Sacramento shops
 

My hoard of parts for my summer has finally been completed. Looking for (hopefully) a one-stop place to do:

- Zspeed CSC HD replacement
- Stillen G3 CAI
- quick release and steering wheel replacement
- full suspension upgrades (basically everything SPL tie rods, FUCA, midlinks, rear control/camber arms, lockout kit, and aragosta coilovers)
- alignment

These are the places I'm considering:

Fitted Garage - looks like they've worked on a bunch of Z's according to their FB page, have msg'd their owner

Diamond Autobody - body shop but does all types of work, i've seen their cars and met customers, all satisfied

Morimoto's - very little info available but one reference suggested them

Warren Brake - nondescript small shop but used to be G12 alignment, who i've used years ago. Top tier service

It has been a long time since i did any aftermarket work on my car in the Sac area, does anyone have any suggestions/thoughts on these options or alternatives?

I gave up, emailed 3 places and not a single response, times must be good for mechanics

Just found out Warren Brake does not do coilovers; however, they referred me to Chase Tire and Brake which does everything. Apparently Sean Crabtree, formerly of G12, works there and they were a very reputable shop

Problem is none of these places is open weekends and I got a new job assignment taking me to Rancho Cordova

I'll have to check out driven authority

Might stop by Diamond later today also

never had any luck with local "Z" shops, ending up doing it myself or live without it..

Take all that stuff to Affinity Performance, call and ask for Hunter, tell him Dave sent you. They do amazing work!
