Any good and cheap attorney/lawyer who can drop my ticket??(NJ)

Hello North East Z fellows,
I might receive a ticket by the mail in about a week, and the ticket should be failure to observe traffic light with 2 points.
I ran yellow light but cop kept saying i ran the red light. I'm planning to plea not guilty but attorney would help.
I heard like in Texas area, there are specialists for our Z (traffic lawyers) who do a ticket for $75 flat. That's awesome price! I wonder if anyone knows that kind of traffic lawyer who can help me on either dismiss the case or drop the ticket to defective vehicle etc., I'm located in Bergen county, NJ.
Thanks a lot guys!:tiphat:

Plead not guilty and request for a trial, once you receive a trial date, request to reschedule to another date, if you reschedule on a day the officer cannot make it to court because his day off or have other duties, then your case gets dropped if he doesn't show, my friends use this trick all the time here in socal and it works! but here we have to pay the fine upfront before the trial, you will get your $ back after you won your case.

It happens, so you would show up to court early and if you see the officer there run out the clerk's office and reschedule due to family emergency

please dont try this trick. its a hassle for the officer and it really puts a strain on police resources. while hes busy showing up to court all the time because you dont want to pay a ticket, his services would be more valuable else where

I totally agree what you are saying, but don't get me wrong, it's not I don't want to pay the ticket, I don't deserve it. That's why I'm trying to fight for it. :tiphat:

to be totally honest with you i dont think you should even fight it. Unless there is a camera around there that can prove your case, most cops have bullet proof testimony.

and you know how it is...a judge would be always on a cop's side :inoutroflpuke:

All you have to do is talk to the prosecutor before you see the judge.
Say you'll pay surcharge fee for no points.
Pay me 60 and I'll do it for you 100% sure you won't get points.
