A sure fire way to be spotted is Super Morbid Obesity. Never fails. I spot them everwhere. I'll be waiting in line for coffee and 650 pounder comes lumbering in, about to pass out from the 9 steps it took to get to the door and bingo, i spot them straight away (Or smell them - tough to clean the nooks and crannies at 650lbs) as does everyone else in line. Have you tried that yet ? I would say start eating alot more. Grease is your friend. and everything goes with bacon fat. nothing says breakfast like a loaf of toast smorhered in bacon fat. Please post progress pictures as well. i'll be rooting for you. I'll be your personal cheerleader.
