People from Jersey get NY plates for cheaper insurance, sounds normal to me.
Kids who actually pay for their own cars and insurance, not mommy and daddy.

Most people do the other way around I think. Jersey is cheaper than NY.

PA suburbs are cheap, but in comparison. Philly isn't too nice on the wallet
