Whats considered modded?

Exhaust, Tints. etc the coordinaters there will tell you where to park, so you won't have to worry about it.

i was at the first one, really good turnout. this one seems like it will be bigger and better organized too

the cops only came last time because there were people riding quads acting up. I cant make this one, getting my system installed sunday

yeah cops came last time but they were cool, they walked around and started looking at the cars :D

there won't be any quads allowed this time, or burnouts for that matter.

we might bring out some cars to this ;)

Everyone is modded in my team but not everyone has cosmetics done yet.

yes. you can park as a group, it doesn't matter where you park anymore there are gonna be over 400 people there. lol

is this a weekly/monthly/annual thing or just random?

random, basically lol there's around 1 a month though but the dates change every month. I'll make a new thread when the next one is announced. It might be moved to Floyd Bennett Field to accommodate the huge amount of cars that showed up. As you can see there was not enough space for everyone at this parking lot.
