Upcoming North East Z Event for 2009
 

Hey All,

As you can tell I'm new here. I run another Z website But I won't mention it Per the Rules.

This year we are in the planing stages once again for the 2009 XenonZcar.com North East All Z meet. We were going to hold the event at Knoebels amusement park but They will not allow a Sponsored event in their park, So this Year we will be holding the event on June 6th at Numedia Raceway

This Event is to bring an event like SEZ and MSA to the Northe East.

Event Itinerary:

Saturday, June 6th will be the Show and Swap Meet at :
Numidia Dragway
10 Dragstrip Rd.
Numidia, PA 17820

We will have our own class setup for test and tune. This will cost an extra $15 (track fee) but you will be able to run test and tune sessions all day. Gates open at 9:00am

The track closes at 4:00pm so after the event we will travel to Bloomsburg, PA for dinner at:

Quaker Steak and Lube
211 Columbia Mall Drive
Bloomsburg, PA 18715

From here, it is easy access back to I-80 for your trip home.

As of now cost for registration to enter your car into the show is $20 Before May 1 $30 after(this is to cover prize costs and other Goodies) this may decrease depending on number of entrants.

We will have classes for each chassis, S30-S130-Z31-Z32-Z33-Z34

Registration forms can be downloaded here and can be emailed to admin@xenonzcar.com, Or you can fill out the online form at that link as well.

Food and Drink will be done through the Track Concession Stand.

We are also working SUSQUEHANNA NISSAN to be involved in the Event and bring a new 370Z for Demos.

Welcome to the forums. I encourage all the local NE members to join this event. Don't forget to take a lot of pictures and post it here.

Just A reminder, One month to this Meet. Have you registered?

Well since the Interest level has been so low on this Event and we only had 5 people register, The show Awards and judging has been called off and the Fees that people have paid are being Refunded.

We will still be meeting up to See some nice cars.
